How to pay my fees and what fees do I pay as a property owner?

When is my payment due and how am I notified? 

a. Payments are due on the 15th of the second month of each quarter

i. February 15th, May 15th, August 15th, and November 15th.

ii. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed if the payment is received more than 30 days past the due date.

b. Statements are mailed or emailed to the contact information listed on your online portal.
